It better be a hell of a speech.

With health care on life support and Republicans rejuvenated by their unlikely election victory in Massachusetts, President Barack Obama will have his rhetorical work cut out for him when he delivers his first State of the Union address at 8 p.m.

One lucky Kansas Citian has a prime seat for the event. Anita Maltbia, the executive director of the Green Impact Zone, received an invite from the White House to sit in the First Lady's box -- an honor reserved for just 20 people.

For the rest of us, Democratic groups have organized several watch parties around town.

If you think Obama is an African-born communist whose election is a sign of the End Times -- or you just fear the President is condemning your grandchildren to eternal debt -- sorry. We couldn't find any Republican watch parties. But post 'em in the comments section if you know of any conservative gatherings.
