Kansas City, Kansas police are conducting a "death investigation" after two bodies were discovered in the 2500 block of Junction Road Tuesday.
Police say a person discovered the bodies while checking on the welfare of a friend and found the two people -- a white male and white female. Their cause of death is unknown at this time.
The people's identities won't be released until family notifications are made.
