I wonder how they will test for K2? Which herb(s) or chemical(s) or combination thereof in K2 will be contraband? Will having the various ingredients in separate containers be illegal as precursors to manufacture K2? What happens if they start calling it J3 or L4? On eBay it's listed as "Herbal Incense" and not K2 is that illegal? If someone buys in bulk in Missouri and takes it back to Kansas are they guilty of Trafficing and intent to sell (deliver) K2? If someone buys it online and delivered to their house in Kansas through the Postal Service, are they guilty of Mail Fraud? If you smoke K2 in Missouri and drive back home to Kansas are you guilty of DWI?

Liquor lasts all night and causes me fatigue. Liquor promotes illegal behavir in many people too (voilence to other people, vandalism, dui, etc). K2 lasts 30 minutes for me. After I have had my moment I can move on with my day.

Alchohol essentially acts on your brain and body as a poison would. Instead of having receptor sites it begins to shut down parts of your brain, like your brain stem which regulates some pretty important things, like breathing.
