Keith Ingram was the victim of a homicide in Kansas City, Kansas, Thursday evening, KCK police say.
Ingram, a 23-year-old from KCK, was found shot to death inside a residence in the 1800 block of N. 27th Street around 6:25 p.m.
A second shooting victim was found at a local hospital with non-threatening injuries.
