A 35-year-old man claims he was raped outside of Missie B's nightclub at 39th Street and Southwest Trafficway Saturday evening.
The alleged victim told police that he'd been at the bar drinking and watching a show. The man said he went outside to call a taxi around 6:20 p.m. That's when he claims a man approached him in the east parking lot, grabbed him by the shoulders and said, "I'm getting you" and "drop your drawers."
The alleged victim claims the man pulled down his pants, bent him over, "put it in" and then ran north. The alleged attack lasted less than two minutes.
A police report describes the suspect as a white male, around 5-feett-7-inches tall, with red hair and a red goatee and sideburns. The suspect was wearing a gray T-shirt and blue jeans. The alleged victim told police that the suspect appeared intoxicated, his breath smelled of vanilla and he may have a southern accent. He added that he might have met the man on February 2 at Missie B's. In that encounter, the suspect introduced himself as "Michael" and said he was 23 years old.
The alleged victim was treated at St. Luke's hospital, and a sexual assault evidence kit was prepared.
