Human remains found in Blue Summit

Human remains were found in Blue Summit, multiple sources are reporting.

KMBC Channel 9 reports that a neighbor found a skull in the woods near East 18th Street and Laurel Avenue.

The remains are now with the Jackson County Medical Examiner but there hasn't been an identification made yet, KMBC says.
