Kansas City police believe the suspected serial rapist struck again early Monday in the 300 block of E. 69th Terrace.
Police say the man entered the woman's home through an unlocked window.
They're reminding residents to lock their doors and windows and also to watch out for vehicles and people who do not belong or are unfamiliar.

In the previous rapes in the
Waldo area, the
suspect was described as a black man with "a deep,
smooth voice" who smelled of smoke and exhaust fumes. He is said to be
about 6-feet tall,
250 pounds, bald with pitted cheeks and possible acne scars. The man
allegedly told one victim that he is 27 years old, although police
believe he is lying about his age. Another victim told police that the
man "had very bad breath."
A pair of rapes
in late January led Kansas City police to believe a serial rapist
may be on the loose.
Police
say a man broke into a home in the 8300 block of Mercier Street and
sexually assaulted a 53-year-old woman after she came home from work
around 9:50 p.m. on Saturday.
Less than two hours later, a man
sexually assaulted a 50-year-old woman
while she was letting her dogs out in the 10 block of East Porte Cimi
Pas, which is less than two miles from the site of the first attack.
Police
believe the same man who committed these rapes is responsible for raping
two women in the Waldo area last fall.

It is said this guy smells like exhaust fumes, and he seems to know where these single women live. I wonder if the police have checked out auto centers in the area (i.e. firestone) to see if someone matching the description works there...this guy may be getting the information from the victims vehicles.....????
