Reports out of Raytown say a woman was found shot to death in the 7300 block of Ash Avenue Tuesday morning.
KMBC Channel 9 reports that a man was seen running away from the scene around 8:30 a.m. Nine also reports that tactical squad was sent into the home to search for the suspected shooter but found no one inside the home.
The woman's name has not been released, and police have not taken any suspects into custody. That's about all we know right now. More to come.
