| This will destroy America |
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, K2 is expanding minds all over the City of Brotherly Love.
The article is the same template that we've seen on the drug (cops don't like it, think of the children, blah blah blah) but with an interesting wrinkle that hasn't been reported before. Federal agents are now confiscating it and raiding shops because the FDA says it can ban its import and sale since it's not a tested and approved drug.
As poor-bastard Jon Sloan will tell you, the FDA raiding stores carrying a still-legal (even in Kansas) drug is nothing new. But this is the first time the feds have explained why they have a right to do it. When they raided Sloan's store in Lawrence, seized all of his bank accounts and slapped him with multiple drug felonies including possession of a cactus (seriously), they didn't bother to utter a reason.
