Topkea's gay hating Westboro Baptist Church will get a shot at arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court that picketing dead soldiers' funerals is well within their First Amendment rights.

The nation's high court announced today that they'll hear the beef between notorious preacher man Fred Phelps and his kin and the father of a Marine killed.

The Marine's father, Albert Snyder, is fighting to get a $5

million judgment against the Phelpses reinstated (Westboro members

picketed the funeral of Marine Lance Cpl. Matthew Snyder; Snyder's father sued and won but the Phelpses won an appeal).

The Phelpses are praising God and citing scripture on of all places Twitter. From the always enlightening Megan Phelps-Roper's Twitter:

As much as I hate the Phelps cult, I hope that the court rules in favor of them. What they do is protected by the First Amendment, but more importantly, nobody's privacy or "emotional distress" is worth $5 million.

These Phelps jizz-stains simply have no idea how fortunate they are to live in a country which will tolerate their extreme behavior. I guess enduring them is the burden the rest of us must bear for freedom's sake. Sure hope that $5M judgment is reinstated and REALLY REALLY hope it shuts down the Phelps's "church" (or rather, CULT).

UGH! I can't believe Phelps won that appeal. Hopefully, the Supreme Court will rule in the favor of the Snyder's father. Best wishes Mr. Snyder, God Bless.
