If you are saying that you smoke it because its a plant and it is "god made", then why not smoke poison ivy? And just because our ancestors did things does not necessarily make it right then or now. They just did not have the knowledge we had. Nor did they have cars to drive around in drunk or high endangering peoples lives. Back in the day we had less violence and children behaved better, but back in the day we use to torture people and beat children. So are you saying we should start torturing people so we have less crime like before and start beating children so we have less children related crimes like before? Most of the problems legalizing weed is the older generation are the only ones who have nothing better to do than go out and vote on every issue . Its one thing to vote for the president or some other politician but what is important is the voting process for new laws . The sad thing is that old people look forward to getting out of the house and doing their civic duty so when the poles open they are there . Young people just complain all day about how laws should be and what should or should not be legal . So when it is time to help make these decisions by voting the majority of the voters end up being people who probably still think anyone who does not have a military style hair cut is a hippie . Legalize pot and K2 and other hybrids go away and for the record I have smoked a whole bunch of the hybrid version since I cannot smoke the original because of drug testing at work , and I have to say I have never halucinated nor have I ever had the urge to kill myself . i smoke weed all the time, but the other night i smoked k2 for the first time and i hated it. my heart started pounding at an extremely abnormal, scary rate and my head got really, really hot and i felt really overheated and light headed and my face got really pale. the fact that it is unregulated and synthetic is pretty scary. and it wasn't like i was just tripping out.. because like i said, i smoke weed all the time and the k2 high wasn't much different, my body just reacted really, really badly to it.
I'm gonna be trying this stuff tonight for the first time & I'm so tired of hearing this Puritanical nonsense.
If a kid dies from alcohol poisoning or from eating K2 it is the parents fault just as much as it is HIS. It's not my fault and it sure as hell isn't your fault, so why do we keep suffering the consequences?
Weed should be legal. If you are against it that's FINE, don't do it. But the rest of us are in the habit of making responsible decisions.

I am deeply concerned about this new synthetic substitute. They need to criminalize it with higher penalties than marijuana since it is so easy to produce and seems to give the same high. This is really cutting into business as people buying this crap in head shops and off the net.

I tried some k-2 and its no different then weed. These Kids are being stupid and eating it. it says not to on the package. I would say its their own doig. I man they didnt deserve to die.
