The Waldo rapist has not been arrested, Kansas City police spokesman Rich Lockhart wrote in an e-mail this afternoon.
Lockhart sent the e-mail after someone posting on the "Lets Find This Prick" Facebook page claimed a KCMO police officer told him that an arrest had been made.
About an hour ago, a guy named Steve McCracken posted the following:
Lockhart's e-mail came within an hour of the posts.

I don't like how much attention he's receiving either. I don't like that our local officers aren't able to locate him or his whereabouts. It's so friggin' disturbing to know that he's simply watching, waiting, will pay another woman a visit. We deserve to know exactly what has occurred from our local officers and what else might we do. We women need to know what this idiot does to subdue his victums and how we might be ready. It's a sad realization that we have to even be aware of what to do just in case he walks into our personal spaces. I can hardly believe that I'm the only one who is wondering out here about this stuff. He's undoubtedly going to claim a sad childhood and abuses beyond his control. He couldn't locate work...poor education...etc. Gees.
I know people need to know what's going on with this case, but I wish we could avoid giving this monster any media attention at all. I suspect it's a bit of a thrill watching the cops flounder.
This guy is known to somebody and has people who are covering for him. What's in it for them to do that? That's not being a real friend. How is it that we women aren't being told how this guy subdues his victums? How is it that some women aren't making sure that their windows and doors are locked? Heard that it's possible this idiot might work for the city or else is driving around in an old car with exhaust. Let's definitely keep a real eye for him please. Some lawyer out there is still going to represent him and this guy is still going to claim "not guilty". Watch and see if he doesn't.
Well, if we could get the cops to spend a little less time in the donut shops and a little more time on the streets, perhaps they would catch them
