Say goodbye to Cole Aldrich, Jayhawk fans. ESPN reports that Kansas' junior center is expected to announce that he will enter the NBA Draft at a 3:30 p.m. press conference.
This isn't a surprise. Aldrich was expected to go pro after his junior season. Aldrich and guard Sherron Collins made a pact to return to KU this season, which ended in a second-round loss to Northern Iowa in the NCAA tournament. The good news for Aldrich is that his draft stock is still high.
Draft Express projects Aldrich as the No. 6 pick, going to the Detroit Pistons. ESPN pegs him as the eighth pick overall, going to he Utah Jazz. NBA Draft.Net has him barely making the lottery, going to the Memphis Grizzlies with the No. 14 pick.
Also Monday, Aldrich was named a third-team All American.
The next question mark for Bill Self is freshman guard Xavier Henry. Self has already called Henry NBA ready.

I used to work in the treadmill retail industry. I can personally attest to the frequent breakdowns of the Treadclimber by any company. Maybe in a few years they’ll be better, but for now they have yet to impress me. Second, they just feel so strange when working out on them. Doesn’t feel natural at all.
