If all the many recent political scandals haven't already made you skeptical about the motivations behind our elect when they create these sensationalistic postulations, my God, why not? Obviously, all they care about is the fear they can implant in the hearts of their constituents. By doing so, they establish a false "family" platform with easily attainable press.
There also are a lot of excellent points about the scientifically proven -- and in Missouri, ignored -- benefits of letting patients toke. You should e-mail Pederson's words around like you pass the dutchie on the left-hand side.

When will we learn that drug prohibition is absolutely futile especially in the case of k2 herb products? Not all of this k2 incense stuff is illegal. They are constantly reformulating it to get around these bans so people will continue to legally buy k2 products and I guess the big dogs will continue to waste money on chasing it down.
I have severe radiation burns from 12 years ago and the pain at times is almost unbearable. Is there any way that I can get legal marijuana? I have good friends in California BUT I live in Florida.
It's ridiculous how frantic they get over marijuana or a little fake weed. Look at all the horrible side effects in the prescription drugs that they approve AND advertise all day long on TV. Hyprocrites. Don't be fooled.
Bravo to the Pitch! At least there is a voice of sanity and objectivity when it comes to this issue. It amazes me how the average American "sheep" blindly follow every statement that a politician makes (not one based on facts)...spreading more propaganda.
One can hope that in this advanced digital age that the truth will be flushed out from the lies told by these corrupt politicians.

What the sad part of this is K2 is getting more press than Cannabis, a substance that is proven to help pain patients and patients with other sicknesses.
Cannabis can help not only patients but a failing economy that can be spurred by application fees for these patients.
As soon as I am able I will be moving from this state to Colorado where I can be treated with dignity and respect, something that you can't get in a bigoted state such as Missouri.
I personally don't like K2 nor will I use this substance but a point needs to be made. People will try to use substances such as these to get relief from many complaints. I saw many people getting K2 for pain relief.. Kids will be kids and try anything to get high.. They will even snort your can of glade..
To write a story that bends the truth of the K2 and Cannabis story such as this one is appalling!!
