The body of a woman was found in a burning room at the Relax Inn Motel, 6300 Blue Parkway, Saturday around 10:30 a.m., and Kansas City police are calling the woman's death "suspicious' and believe the fire was intentionally set.
Firefighters discovered the body of the woman, described as a 35-year-old African American. She was pronounced
dead at the scene. Her cause of death was not released.
