A Cass County jury has found Danial Rinehart guilty of being a sick fuck.
OK, that's not the actual conviction, but you could make a strong case given the list of charges -- murder, statutory rape, child endangerment, and a couple of counts each of incest and abandonment of a corpse -- of which Rinehart was found guilty Tuesday.
Rinehart, 49, looked like a molesty Colonel Sanders (at least from the Star photo I saw) in court. He was accused of knocking up his daughter, Ashley Rinehart, four times (only one of the children survived). The bodies of the children who didn't live were buried or hidden in coolers.
Danial Rinehart reportedly didn't testify, and his defense attorney
didn't call any witnesses. But his attorney did challenge whether Ashley Rinehart was
even Danial Rienhart's biological daughter and argued that one of the
children's deaths sounded like Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
On Monday, Ashley Rinehart reportedly testified that she'd been sexually abused since age 5. Her
younger sister Hayley Rinehart set off the investigation, calling authorities from a Harrisonville Wal-Mart.

Danial Rinehart's wife, has also been charged with child endangerment.
Her trial is scheduled for August 24. She was reportedly jealous of the
relationship between her husband and Ashley but didn't say anything
because, as she told the police, she's too ugly to find another man, and she wanted a son.
