Kansans, it's OK to be married to your first cousin. Sorry, Missouri

The state of Kansas is cool with recognizing the marriages of cousins (but it looks like the wedding has to be out of state). Mother Jones put together an amazing map showing where getting hitched to Cousin Betsy May is a-OK. Hey, who are you to judge the love between first cousins? It's not like Kansas
is snooty, unless you're gay.
Sorry, Missourians. Marrying your cousin is still frowned upon (and as
Danial Rinehart found out earlier this month,
impregnating your daughter multiple times is really not cool).
