Former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline filed an answer to the disciplinary complaint against him, and let's just say he denies all wrongdoing (see the full answer below).
Kline has also hired a new crew of attorneys, including former U.S. Attorney Todd P. Graves. Also representing Kline will be Edward D. Greim and Ryan A. Kriegshauser.
The ethics hearing has been delayed until November 15.
The Kansas
Office of Disciplinary Administrator filed a formal complaint against
Kline in January, alleging the former AG had violated the state's rules
of
professional conduct in his investigation of Planned Parenthood of
Kansas
and Mid-Missouri.
Kline's attorney at the time, Tom Condit, said, "This complaint was fully anticipated, it is
deceptively structured, and it is entirely politically motivated."

November is a long time to delay an issue that began in the spring. This attorney general has been granted a lot of time to prepare an adequate defense for the charges. http://www.herston-roskind.com
Kline and moral-less attorneys like him deserve to be locked up. We need a real clean out of the system.

If they're trying to give Phill time to develop some ethics, it's going to take a lot longer than that.
