Our penal system needs a major overhaul as it is and these petty drug laws aren't helping matters. The authorities will never be able to keep up with k2 incense and the like as it is ever-changing. Loads of places have k2 herb products that aren't forbidden under any current bans. It is bonkers the money and effort they are putting into these bans when apparently people can still legally buy k2 smoke if they want to!

Our government has things backwards, yet again. All they're good at is wasting time and money.

well, i live in missouri, and i smoke K2 because i work in a hospital and need to pass a drug test if need be. Whoever said K2 was more akin to meth than pot is a loon! They have absolutely no similarities whatsoever. Trust me, I know! I was a meth addict for over 4 years. K2 mimmicks the high that pot gives you, not the high that you get from meth.

do they have a means of testing for K2?
I mean what if you just have herbal incense or like Jack said, oregano? How does the cop know what you have?

this is ridiculous!! Now in this country you can go to jail for having a bag of oregano if an idiot cop thinks that it is looking like fake pot!!! What are these dumb-ass law makers thinking???

To the 1st comment (Abe), that's a completely ignorant statement. Your children are never 100% safe.

I've never understood why cigarettes are ok to smoke, while weed and synthetic weed is so overly scrutinized. Cigarettes can be just as addictive as hard drugs. I think if government is going to ban weed, cigarettes are the next obvious choice... and we all know that'll likely never happen. What a complete waste of taxpayers' dollars and time.
