Today: Chill out -- literally. Figure skating rules the Sprint Center for Smucker's Stars on Ice.

Tuesday: Root for KC's other baseball team. The T-Bones begin an exhibition series against the KCKCC Blue Devils.

Wednesday: Meet Marilynne Robinson. The Kansas City Public Library caps off its Big Read initiative with a presentation by the author of this year's selected novel, Housekeeping.

Thursday: Follow the yellow brick road. The original rock opera Dirty Dorothy and the Emerald City All-Stars opens at the Off Center Theatre.
