Robert G. Thomas' body found near Interstate 670 and State Line Road

Kansas City, Kansas, police say the body found Monday near Interstate 670 and State Line Road belongs to Robert G. Thomas, a 48-year-old Harrisonville, Missouri, man.

Police are conducting a "death investigation." When Thomas' body was initially discovered, police called his death "suspicious."

We're still waiting to find out Thomas' cause of death.
