Update (12:45 p.m. June 9): The man killed in yesterday's building collapse at 32nd and Forest has been identified as 69-year-old William McNealy of Kansas City, Missouri.

Original story (11 a.m. June 9): Stopped by the collapsed building at 32nd and Forest this morning and snapped a few photos of the building before it's bulldozed. Bumped into a guy who told me his brother lived in the building, and he had a folder full of electric bills to prove it. The man claimed there was a '68 (I think) Mustang in the building that a guy was fixing up, but now it's gone. Here's a look at the scene.

Workers were already removing anything that might be toxic.

And yes, that's a boat.

"The Dickens" has likely seen its last voyage.

Look for more heavy equipment on the scene to finish toppling the building.
