Taron T. Smith,
28, was shot and killed early Saturday morning at 73rd and Indiana.
Kansas City police found Smith's body in a light colored Chevy Blazer in the intersection around 12:06 a.m.
Smith is Kansas City, Missouri's 48th homicide victim of 2010.

Why is it that these murders always happen while folks are in their vehicles? Are there people standing on the streets just waiting to shoot someone at random or is this a typical method of shooting someone you have a problem with? Seriously, I'd like to hear people's responses to my questions. It seems that if I felt the need to do something like this, I'd plan it much differently.
