This city's news is just depressing some days. The victims of a drive-by shooting yesterday afternoon in the 3300 block of Agnes were both believed to be approximately 8 years old. Both girls. One was shot in the face. The other was shot in the hand. Their injuries were non-life threatening.
Police hit the scene around 4 p.m. There were several witnesses hanging
out on a front porch when someone in an unknown vehicle opened fire.
Hopefully someone calls the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477 with
information.

Wow. That's quite a world someone has created in the city. Sad, pathetic, just sickening. I'm glad that crap doesn't happen where I live. I'm afraid I'd have to walk around w/ my gun at all times just waiting for some idiot to drive by and start shooting. It's just amazing. Shooting from the vehicle b/c you ain't got balls enough to throw dukes. Sad, just f'n sad!
