3-year-old boy believed to be with Maurice O. Stewart, who
they've named as a "person of interest" in
homicide of a 57-year-old Stephen L. Cook at an Olathe Econo
Lodge (209 East Flaming Road) on Tuesday. Carlos Angel Villegas III may be with a person of interest in Tuesday's homicide.

Villegas III was found in "good condition" in Kansas City, Missouri
while police are still looking for Stewart.
Update I (7:02 a.m. June 30): Olathe police are still looking for
Maurice O. Stewart, who they're calling a "person of interest"

Lodge (209 East Flaming Road) on Tuesday.
Police announced
this morning that Stewart was last seen with a 3-year-old child named Carlos
Angel Villegas III. Now, police are looking for the child, too.
Villegas is described as having black hair and brown eyes. He is 34 to
38 inches tall and 30 to 45 pounds.
Police have placed the child's name in the nationwide database for
missing and endangered children. They are no longer looking for the 2003
Chevy Impala.
If you see Stewart, police are saying you shouldn't approach him.

Police described Stewart as a 22-year-old black male with black hair and
brown eyes. Stewart is 6-foot-1, 195 pounds.

Police canceled a call to locate 19-year-old Stephanie Laguna, who they also named as a person of interest.
The man's body was discovered around 7:53
