  • Clothes aren't welcome at Sunday's Sun Run hosted by the Heartland Naturists.

If you ever wanted to jog in the nude and feel the breeze on your nether-regions, this weekend's Sun Run is the perfect opportunity.

Hosted by Heartland Naturists (they don't call themselves nudists any

more), the Sun Run takes place on a campground in Kansas, and naturist Greg (who requested we not use his last name) says the 5K is laid-back, naked fun, with some walking and

others running.

The location of the run is kept under wraps -- for obvious reasons, pervs -- except for registered runners. As you can imagine, the landowners are accepting of clothes-free lifestyles, affording Kansas City's naturists the opportunity to exercise in the buff.

"If we did it within city limits, we'd get in trouble with the law," Greg says. "But out on private property, we're safe."

The scenery, he says, is secluded and ideal. "There's a lake, and we do skinny dipping. But from the [nearest] road, you won't be able to see anything."

Greg also has one tip for those considering joining the naturists: "Sunscreen is the thing." That's probably sound advice, although there is a 40 percent chance of rain on Sunday, so there might be some relief from cloud cover.

The run starts at 9 a.m., and costs $10 for Heartland Naturists members and $15 for non-members. And, just like any good naked romp, this one ends with a potluck, so bring a dish. You can register for the run (10 people have so far) here.

If you feel more comfortable with the sports bra, that is acceptable. In years past, women did not wear them. If the breasts are quite large, I would not blame any woman for that. The underware shorts has been one to wear for some younger ones, for an obvious reason if it is that time of the month. Sports bra while running, okay. If walking, not needed, unless...

Are sport bras allowed? Because, ouch.
