If I believe in anything, it's the theory that speeding up a video and setting it to "Yackety Sax" -- the cheeky song played in all of Benny Hill's chase scenes -- can make anything funny. Even a full-scale nuclear war.

For example, here's The Day After -- the 1983 made-for-TV film/cautionary tale set in Kansas City and Lawrence -- courtesy of Kunoichii on YouTube.
