Case Park will be taken over by 'freestyle runners' this weekend

Look out, all you bums, vagrants, Frisbee-throwers and dog-walkers who frequent Case Park on the weekends: a group called Kansas City Parkour is planning a gathering at the park at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow.

Expect to see dudes leapfrogging over every imaginable obstacle while picturing themselves as Daniel Craig's James Bond in Casino Royale. No one is safe -- especially not you, Lewis & Clark statue.

That's not Parkour, that's freerunning. The difference is huge. Parkour is about getting from A to B, or back to A from B quickly and efficiently over any obstacles in your way, but freerunning is about acrobatic expression.
