Well, that was ugly. The Royals absolutely got their asses handed to them last night in 19-1 blowout loss to the Minnesota Twins. Hang L No. 10 of the season on Zack Greinke, who gifted Twins rookie Danny Valencia his first major league home run -- a grand slam. Meanwhile, Joe Mauer went five for five with a home run and a career-best seven RBIs. In a measly four innings, Greinke gave up eight hits and eight runs. Ouch.

Greinke's thoughts on the game? The word

"bad" comes to mind.

"You shouldn't have a game like

this ever," said Greinke. "It was just

that bad. It was just a bad game. It was a bad everything. It was just

bad the whole time. My fastball was really bad. My off-speed was OK, but

every fastball was hit hard. Every time I threw it in the strike zone,

they hit it hard."

Not your year, guy. Relive

the nightmare here.
