Barkau received his punishment in federal court yesterday: 25 years
in federal prison without parole and life on supervised release once he
gets out. Oh, and $200,000 in restitution to the victim for future
counseling costs.
Mom was sentenced in May to 15 years in federal prison and also fined.
As
for the gory details, Barkau sold the girl on the Internet with
services including "bondage, beatings, burning
and genital mutilation." The men paid via PayPal and
also with "tributes," giving a DVD player, a cappuccino machine and
other electronics in lieu of cash. A cheap price for a lifetime of
mental anguish thanks to her mother, Barkau and the pervy fucks who got
off on this shit and didn't do anything to stop it.

Maybe she did want to be a dominatrix and possibly got money and electronics from the "payment". However, even though she might (or might not) have wanted to do it, its illegal.
It also doesn't say whether or not it was the teen that reported him. If she did then all the people involved are pervy fucks. If not, she's just as bad as the rest of them.
