Some stories are so disgusting that they break your heart. Take for example, John Kellum. He's 80 years old, and he's accused of inappropriately touching a 4-year-old girl back in April.

The little girl told police that she was in bed when Kellum took off her underwear and put his fingers in her "poopoo," which she pointed out on an anatomically correct drawing of a woman to be her vagina. She said she told him to "stop."

The girl's mother told police that Kellum's spouse babysits her

daughter. She dropped the girl off in the morning of April 23 and picked

her up around 5:30 p.m. Around 9 p.m., the mother noticed that her

daughter hadn't used the restroom. She thought it was odd and asked the

girl about it. The girl said her "pee-pee" hurt, and he mother noticed

that her vaginal area was red and swollen.

When her mother asked what happened, the little girl said, " Granddaddy

stuck his finger in my poopananny" (another term the girl uses for

vagina).

A witness, described in court documents as a pastor at the victim's

church and Kellum's daughter, apparently talked with the young girl

about the incident. The young girl showed the pastor where and how

Kellum had touched her -- pushing two fingers between the doll's legs.

"What did you say?" the pastor asked.

"It hurt and I started crying," the girl said.

"Did you tell him it hurt?" the pastor asked.

"Yes but he wouldn't stop," the girl said.

Police interviewed Kellum on Wednesday, and he claimed he wasn't at the

house at the same time as the girl and claimed he never touched the

girl. He also said the girl had previously accused him of

inappropriately touching her, so he avoided being alone with her.

Kellum is charged with first-degree statutory sodomy. Hey, if it's true,

this guy's Viagra prescription needs to be pulled -- permanently.

To the Rock. The Constitution always gives us protection under the law to a fair trial in front of our peers as well as our day in court. BTW-it also states that the Prez cannot take FOS or anything else for that matter (guess you missed American History and the Constitution all together) but the US Congress.

To Church member, et al., I pose a question to all...This man has a family also and there is a lot left unsaid about this incident. What I am reading then is that anyone can say anything about anyone or do anything to anyone based on hear say, without a person to be able to tell their side of the story??? That means that someone can come up to you or your family member and say, "you molested them" and everyone should start stoning you in the street without hearing anything you have to say or hear your defense! Is that the country our forefathers envisioned when they drafted the constitution??? Is this the society that we have become?

I am sure that the MacBook Pro had it's share of quirks when it was first produced as well.

Okay, we all know there is good and bad in all of us. I happen to go to church with this guy and he's always been one of my favorite people to greet on Sunday mornings. So this story is especially disturbing because of my familiarity with him. When it comes to children; defenseless and innocent children, I don't care if the perp is a Priest or a garbage man, my inclination is to cut off whatever part of the body invaded the child. I must say IF he is guilty of such a crime, then he too deserves to have not only his fingers but what is left of his manhood cut off. This makes me sick. If it was my daughter or son, then I would gladly do the honors and pray that God forgives my sin for taking justice into my own hands.

Since when did people have to be convicted of a crime before someone can write a story about it? Last I knew we lived in America and have Freedom of Speech, at least until Obama takes that away. This guy should be taken out back behind the wood shed and stoned by the victims family while I'm videoing taping the entire thing to put on youtube.

What happened to innocent until found guilty in a court of law? Because of articles like this by people like this, it makes it hard for justice to be done. Why would you write something like this based on an accusation? Only to sell newspaper or get someone to read your information. If the man conducted the alleged offense, why did it take so long to prosecute him? Also, if the daughter who is a pastor was aware, why wasn't Child Services called immediately and a medical exam with DNA submitted. There is a lot of discrepancies in this article and definitely in bad taste by the reporter.

Justin it is horrible of you to print such a terrible thing when the guy is only accused! WTF is wrong with you? Wait until he is convicted before spreading this. You should be ashamed.

Kill that POS! Seriously, this should be an offense that ends in the death of the perp/perv. He's a POS and there are so many more out there. Kill them on the first offense so they won't still be doing this to innocent people when they're 80.
