Olathe police have named Tiffani Hayes as the victim of yesterday's homicide in Johnson County.
She was found shot to death in a home in the 400 block of East Spruce Thursday afternoon. She was 28.
Police spent about three hours yesterday searching for her future ex-husband, Terry Hayes, who they called a "person of interest." The 39-year-old was taken into custody without incident. The couple had filed for divorce on April 7, citing irreconcilable differences.
They were married on February 28, 2009.
