Update (10:58 a.m. September 8): Cornelius Payne turned himself into police and admitted stabbing 23-year-old Andrew M. Suttington to death.
Witnesses told police that an argument between Suttington and Payne's mother and sister preceded the stabbing.
Payne, 32, is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.

Its sad that this young man has lost his life over something so senseless. Lynn, most people who earn a decent salary (read over $50,000 a year) earn such income through education. Young people need to get an education to help get out of poverty. A higher education is not necessarily needed, but greatly improves the odds. As for getting more black teachers who might become role models, you need an EDUCATION to teach school!

I know that my nephew was not a saint. I also know that he did not deserve to die the way he did.
