TheWrap
reported that Hollywood photographer Ken Marcus shot the Taboo cover, featuring the alleged victim and fetish model Anastasia Price, which led FBI agents to his studio. Bagley's photo also appeared in the magazine (see below).
The images appeared in two issues of Taboo, the FlyntA month later, the woman was back in Taboo for an interview as well asmagazine specializing in hard-core fetish pornography. While it's highly
unlikely that Marcus or Flynt will face any criminal action, they could
be called to testify or face civil action if the woman should ever
choose to sue.
more photos, which were taken by Bagley, TheWrap reported.
"MyMarcus, the photographer, sought out Bagley and the woman after seeingslave girl is in Taboo magazine, but it's the July issue, she is in and
on the cover ... Also, the interview about the slave and Myself is in
the august issue of Taboo ... It was a very fun experience," Bagley
wrote.
one of their shows online, TheWrap reported. He e-mailed them and set up
a shoot at his studio and also filmed the two.
Marcus told TheWrap that he was interviewed by the FBI, but he also said he never noticed any of the alleged abuse. The video clip includes a
brief moment where Marcus interviewed Bagley and the woman following a
lengthy bondage session.
"Is this your first time being in Hollywood and doing videos?" Marcus asked the woman.
"Yes sir," she responded in a childlike voice.
Is this your last time being in Hollywood and doing videos?" Marcus asked.
"I hope not," the woman answered with Bagley standing close beside her
"They actually seemed to be quite a lovely couple ... if anything heAccording towas going out of his way to make sure she was as happy as possible.
I was very shocked to see the government had any issue with them at
all," Marcus told TheWrap.
...
"They say she was of diminished mental capacity, we never saw that
whatsoever. She seemed to be bright, intelligent and in control, able to
say 'yes' and 'no,'" Marcus said.
TheWrap, the feds also spoke with Taboo executive editor Ira Levine.
The
feds became interested in Bagley in February 2009 after the woman was
rushed to a hospital in cardiac arrest after Bagley allegedly suffocated
and electrocuted her during a torture session. They claim the
alleged abuse began when Bagley took the woman, then a 16-year-old
runaway, into his Lebanon home, promising he'd help make her a model and
a dancer.
TheWrap lists a litany of other alleged abuses: "beating, whipping, flogging,
forced abortions, choking, caning, skewering, drowning, mutilation,
hanging, caging, shocking, stapling and sewing." Among the allegations in the indictment, which includes Bagley allegedly performing abortions on the girl, Bagley is accused of sewing the woman's "urinary opening and vagina shut" to demonstrate what was "expected of her" and nailing her labia and nipples to slabs of wood. There's a lot more in the indictment (see below).
Bagley is facing a maximum of life in prison.

I am from Southwest MO and this story is true. The girl was lower functioning. Just because she was able to answer yes and no does not mean that she is not lower functioning! I am an Investigator for Child Abuse/Neglect and now that there are many people that can talk and appear fine but cognitively they don't understand. What was done to this girl is horrendous!!! It makes me sick to think that there are people like this in the Midwest. And to think that one of the guys was a Postmaster and another was a Real Estate agent in St Louis.
This article is incorrect. Anastasia Pierce was not the victim, it would have to be the girl laying on the table in the image above that you've blurred her eyes. I have the video interview you've mentioned between Ken Marcus and the couple recorded on my computer. Miss Pierce was not the girl in the interview.
Peter Schmit choked his wife and she was found nearly dead. He made her cut his penis.
Peter Schmitt is a sicko he nailed his tits to a wood plank read about it in his blog
Peter Schmit stabbed his wife and she was taken to hospital. Napa sucks too.
Maybe you didn't do enough research before you commented "Blogging for fun". http://www.kmov.com/news/crime...
No one should read Larry Flynt's mags. There are other legit alternatives.
