one of their shows online, TheWrap reported. He e-mailed them and set up
a shoot at his studio and also filmed the two.
Marcus told TheWrap that he was interviewed by the FBI, but he also said he never noticed any of the alleged abuse. The video clip includes a
brief moment where Marcus interviewed Bagley and the woman following a
lengthy bondage session.
"Is this your first time being in Hollywood and doing videos?" Marcus asked the woman.
"Yes sir," she responded in a childlike voice.
Is this your last time being in Hollywood and doing videos?" Marcus asked.
"I hope not," the woman answered with Bagley standing close beside her

"They say she was of diminished mental capacity, we never saw that
whatsoever. She seemed to be bright, intelligent and in control, able to
say 'yes' and 'no,'" Marcus said.
TheWrap, the feds also spoke with Taboo executive editor Ira Levine.
The
feds became interested in Bagley in February 2009 after the woman was
rushed to a hospital in cardiac arrest after Bagley allegedly suffocated
and electrocuted her during a torture session. They claim the
alleged abuse began when Bagley took the woman, then a 16-year-old
runaway, into his Lebanon home, promising he'd help make her a model and
a dancer.
TheWrap lists a litany of other alleged abuses: "beating, whipping, flogging,
forced abortions, choking, caning, skewering, drowning, mutilation,
hanging, caging, shocking, stapling and sewing." Among the allegations in the indictment, which includes Bagley allegedly performing abortions on the girl, Bagley is accused of sewing the woman's "urinary opening and vagina shut" to demonstrate what was "expected of her" and nailing her labia and nipples to slabs of wood. There's a lot more in the indictment (see below).
Bagley is facing a maximum of life in prison.
