Silke also clarified that the teen "was probably too drunk to know what
he did or lying." You're a police officer and you're claiming a teen was
too wasted to consent? Not good.
Not that court records didn't back the statement up. The teen claimed he
drank about 12 shots of rum and three beers. What allegedly followed
was a hot tub fondling, puking, porn watching and more unwanted
advances. Then Silke allegedly sodomized the teen while he was sitting
on a bar stool. After the teen puked in a bathroom and then passed out
in his friend's bedroom.
The next day, the teen told his girlfriend that he was "violated" and it
was "pretty much like rape,' KMBC reported. The girlfriend had the teen
go to a hospital to get a rape exam and call the police.
Silke
worked in North Patrol as a liaison between the department and apartment
managers. He's suspended without pay and probably in constant contact
with his union rep. He is charged with felony deviate sexual assault in
Clay County.

As being a member of KCPD, I must say I've been very embarassed by all the wrong doing that has ocurred. If you really only knew about the inner racism that goes on, you'd puke your guts out. I'm not talking about the caucasion folks, it's the African American cops/commanders (those commanders know who they are!!!!) Taking care of their own is the highest on their list!!! Just ask around!!!!!!
KCPD sucks they KNOW they have problems but ignore them. They could care less about public safety. As soon as they make Sgt they put in for desk jobs. Why do Deputy Chiefs need sworn officers as aides? Hire civilian secretaries. You don't need arrest powers and a gun to type an take phone calls. BUT this is how the PD works. They set it up so they get cushion jobs at Taxpayer expense.
This is not the first time this sleeze-ball has been accused of deviant sexual misconduct. I believe he has another case in the works. He's a fucking predator with a gun- two huge strikes against the well-being of the general public. Put this piece of shit behind bars- for good.
