Former FBI's Most Wanted Shauntay
Henderson's freedom lasted only less than half a year. Henderson was arrested Wednesday after being involved in a car chase with police.
This comes just five and a half months after Henderson completed a three-year prison stay for voluntary
manslaughter (beating a second-degree murder rap) for shooting and
killing DeAndre Parker in
a convenience-store parking lot in September 2006. She was released in April but remained on probation. Now, you'd think you'd want to do everything to keep from going back, especially if you still had three years of probation left to serve.
Maybe that's why she's accused of running. KCTV 5 reports that Henderson exited the passenger side of the car and bolted. As she ran, she allegedly pulled a handgun from her waistband and tossed it as well as a baggie of weed.
Henderson eluded capture for six months in late 2006 and early 2007. Police
accused her of being involved in several killings and shootings in a
supposed gang war. She was captured the same day she was added to the FBI's Ten Most Wanted list, but she was only charged with Parker's murder, which ended in the voluntary manslaughter conviction.
Henderson is now facing some big-shit trouble as prosecutors look to hit her with federal felon in possession of a handgun charges.
