Cue the Boyz II Men. This could be the end of the road for former Kansas City Chief Larry Johnson. On Tuesday, the Washington Redskins released LJ, sending him to the unemployment line with millions of jobless Americans.
Pro Football Talk wonders if this is it for Johnson. After rushing for just two yards on five carries -- and getting yanked from Sunday's loss to the Houston Texans after a 10-yard loss -- what do you think?
Not many people in Kansas City will be shedding tears for Johnson, whose
off-field antics included shoving and spitting booze on women in
separate Kansas
City nightclub incidents (the third and fourth times he had been accused
of violence against women). He's still on probation for those
incidents, and that isn't
going well.
The Redskins signed Johnson to a three-year, $3.5 million
contract that could have paid him as much as $12 million with
incentives that he obviously will never reached. In 2007, he signed a
contract with the Chiefs guaranteeing
him $19 million.
"King Pink" better have saved and invested well.

From a life long Kansas City Chief Fan he should have straighted up when he had his chances here in Kansas City but felt he was above and beyond the law and finally paid the price.
Larry remember Dick Vermeil told you he would let you play when you took your diaper off you must still be wearing this and it continues to get smeller and smeller.
Nah, guys who buy Maybachs are usually really down-to-earth, responsible-with-money kinds of guys. I'm sure he'll be fine.
