Special Agent Steven Lester of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and
Firearms received a tip from a confidential informant at 1:20 p.m.
Wednesday that Henderson was at 2332 South Jackson with Markus D. Lee,
a "known drug dealer in the area."
Lester and officers from the
Kansas City Police Department saw a
black Kia Sportage parked at the Jackson address with a license plate
that matched a different car, a 1995 Ford.
Lester saw Henderson get out of the Kia and walk into the house, then return to the passenger seat of the car, followed by Lee, who stopped to talk to the Kia's female driver. Then the Kia pulled away.
said she didn't know that Henderson had a gun with her.
On Henderson, officers found two cell phones and a clear bottle containing marijuana. After she was taken into custody, she refused to sign the Miranda form and was allowed to call attorney Pat Peters from her cell phone, without success.
If she is found guilty, Henderson could serve up to 10 years in prison for felony possession of a firearm.

Lee and two other men had been charged with killing Thomas and wounding three others in a drive-by shooting near 30th Street and Agnes Avenue.
In 2006, a jury acquitted Lee on charges that he killed a man during a 2002 block party and later gunned down a witness.
In November, Jackson County Circuit Judge Robert M. Schieber dismissed murder charges against Lee after a detective said "I knew him prior"
