Wednesday: Ask out your favorite living dead girl, and take her to see horror rockers Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper at the Independence Events Center.

Thursday: Get your freak on -- economically speaking. Superfreakonomicist Stephen J. Dubner lectures at the Folly Theater.
