Before Swinney Elementary School was closed earlier this year as part of the right-sizing plan, its bathroom was the scene of a little boy's nightmare.

According to the Missouri Lawyers' Blog, a student claims that for a month, he was sexually harassed and assaulted by another student while using the bathroom. The boy claims that another student crawled under the bathroom stalls to

get to him and sexually assault him.

The unnamed boy says he developed depression, anxiety and fear as a result of the alleged molestation.

The boy claims that teachers and administrators knew about the alleged elementary-age perpetrator's pervy stall tactics and aggressive nature, but still allowed the boys to use the bathroom at the same time. His family is suing the Kansas City, Missouri, School District for bathroom bullying. (His mom filed the lawsuit on his behalf.)

If a civil court finds in favor of the boy, the district faces a count of violating the state's civil rights act, the blog reports. It's enough to make you forgive your old hall monitor.
