This is a public service announcement for all of the guys out there. Memorize this photo. This is Andrea Villines. On Tuesday, her boyfriend reportedly found her crawling underneath his Ford Taurus and attaching a little black box to his bumper in a downtown parking garage.
The ex-boyfriend just happened to be in Kansas City to take out a restraining order against Villines, who he claimed had been stalking him since 2008 and had previously put a GPS tacking device on his car.
This all led to the parking garage being shut down due to a bomb scare. Freaky stuff.
Villines later claimed that she was trying to remove the tracking device but couldn't figure out how to get it off.
Of course. How kind of her.
Villines is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle, stalking, peace disturbance and being a prime candidate for don't date her.

Apparantly it is I who needs to do the addressing on here. The first thing you need to be clear on Chris and everyone else on here is this: This started with a lie. A lie that Rex told. His people and a few others started attacking my wife! I don't appreciate that one bit! I decided I would address the lies, gossip, slander and liable as I told you in our last conversation. I know exactly what address is linked to each entry on here because I have friends who respect me from my work, being a Supervisor for many years, I helped out a lot of my guys. The conclusion is this; Rex is the one who does not tend to his little girls needs. I just can't stand multi-millionaires who don't tend to their children. My wife and I are the ones taking very good care of her, not Rex, and people throw stones at her about parenting? Get real! In my opinion Rex and Karen are the worst that parents can get. It's easy to throw stones. But put ANY parent under a microscope and they will fail their children at some point. That is a FACT!
The interesting thing that certain people have not thought through good enough is that with this being public, and if there is a public trial, it will bring everyone's dirty laundry to the surface for public attention. The hard questions that some people will have to answer in a public courtroom. The molestations, the money-laundering, the Polygamy, the sexual liaisons, the women, the illegal accounting practices. All the people that will have to go through public scrutiny for their illegal deeds. The IRS will have a field day with some people here for sure. I think when the "whole" truth comes out about everyone who set out to do my wife harm, things will look much different. There will be many on here who will be eating crow for dinner!

When I first read some of these comments I was so sick and disgusted - My goodness they are nasty and vulger. I can certainly tell that most of these comments are from juveniles or at least adults with childish minds.
I am only here to address the child of Ms. Villines and some of these comments incinuating that Ms. Villines is in someway a bad Mother. I care about the child. I don't care about the other things.
The way I can tell that almost no one on here is an adult is: an adult would know that you can't just "get insurance" on a child and expect all of the issues to be covered. There is a thing called "pre-exhisting conditions" which are not covered by insurance carriers, unless it is a group oriented plan or medicaid - and yet still they are often rejected. The bills become mountains even with a "reasonable and customary reduction." Who is supposed to pay 100% of those bills?
My office manager and I, personally, have called Mr. Rex Phillips on a number of occasions to get payment on even 50%. You know what his response was? "I'm not going to pay one dime and I'm not required to. That child is not my problem!" If that doesn't show that he is a pure Sociopath, (beyond Psycho) then I don't know what does! In over 25 years of practice I have never heard such evil indifference to a child's needs. Yes, I have seen "deadbeat fathers." But, I have NEVER seen anything like Rex Phillips! I have written three letters to the court and the Judge personally. Because of this special situation, I have chosen to see the child without pay on many occasions.
Obviously, I can not go into the details of the childs medical situation, nor can I reveal my name to protect the safety of the child - but I can say, with permission, that the child has to see a feeding specialist every week. Some children have a natural aversion to whole foods or textured foods. Ms. Villines has been a more then attentive Mother with EVERY appointment. She has to blend and puree the child's food EVERY day at EVERY feeding. Obviously, this requires her to be with her child full-time and she works from home at her own business. How many of you do that with your own children? How many stay home with your children full-time? I have nothing against working mother's - obviously I am one, but in my experience, the children with stay-at-home mothers are more well-rounded children. Ms. Villines's child is one of the most intelligent children I have ever seen in 25 years of working with children.
I will make myself available to any court hearing necessary. Anyone who would ever suggest to hand this child over to Mr. Rex Phillips is truly INSANE and should be commited! In my opinion, he and/or his wife would hurt this child and they are extremely dangerous people. It certainly seems that they only care about money. Obviously, someone who said "that child is not my problem" is not ever fit to have ANY children in their care. Anyone who leaves their children in Rex and/or Karen Phillips' care - with the Court documents of his beliefs in Polygamy - the adultery - the young girls - should have their children pulled from them immediately.
Just in case any of you feel so bold, I will tell you that I will testify to the fact that Ms. Villines is not only a good Mother - She is a fantastic Mother. Mr. and Ms. Villines have done a great job with this child. I think 25 years of experience as a Pediatrician will carry more weight than anything Rex Phillips and his family here have to say. If Ms. Villines wasn't such a gold digger she wouldn't have "hooked" up with Mr. Phillips in the first place. BTW was while she was married to another "millionaire" twice her age. To whom she also stalked. Oh but Allen takes such good care of her now, only cause he is scared of her & fears for his life. You physco nut case! its amazing how someone can hang on for so long an then blame someone else..for instance: Im sure noone knew that:
1)MS.VILLINES, is such a victim according to her,yet lets avoid that fact that she persued him openly an PLANNED having a baby with this "horrible" man.
2).Why does MS.VILLINES think that MR.PHILLIPS should support this baby 100%,maybe she should get off her ass an get her daughter some insurance...
3).MS VILLINES also fails to mention that..she gets 1300/month in child support from MR.PHILLIPS,and also gets social security that MR.PHILLIPS also pays...im pretty sure with about 4000 a month..she could get her daughter some insurance...if she decided to quit stalking people an be a parent.if MS.VILLINES was out for her daughters best interest she would leave this man alone an just focus on her daughter,her daughter is in no danger from this man since he obviosly doesnt want to be in her life an does nothing for the baby,according to MS.VILLINES....
4).Im sure we have all had our run-ins with a psycho ex-gf...the only thing good that may come out of this whole situation is hopefully when she goes to court on FRIDAY,THE 22ND..she will do like she always does an tell the lawyer they dont know what they are doing an the lawyer will quit her case......AGAIN!!! an then she will go to jail...you see MS.VILLINES..felony tampering in the 1st degree is a maximum of 7 years in PRISON.. I would like to set this record Straight! First: it was Ms. Villines who took the restraining orders our on Rex and Karen Phillips! Second: Mr. Phillips and Ms. Have a two year old child together whom he refuses to support and the child is a special needs child without insurance and with medical bills that Mr. Rex Phillips refuses to pay and he is a millionaire!. He is the guilty one here - of Medical Neglect to his own child! Third: in court discovery it was found out that mr Phillips is a man who believes Polygamy is the correct way of life and his wife covers and enforces his views because she enables him. He is a serial adulterer and even had an affair with a woman named Meeghan Goldsmith who was later found murdered and dumped on the side of the road in Peabody KS! YIKES! The KBI had Mr. Rex Phillips as "a person of interest"! Rex Phillips also molested his youngest sister when she was only five (only three years older than Ms. villines Child! No wonder she is scared of him and his wife! There is SO mmuch more to this than everyone knows and you should really wait to get her side of the story! I can tell you for certain that Ms. villines is disgusted by mr. Phillips and has nothing for him! She is only on the mission to protect her child! Kudos to her for that!
