UPDATE: Authorities are now saying they do not suspect foul play in the death of 25-year-old Kansas State student Bradley Murray, who was found injured in a ditch on the border of the college's campus. Read the update after the jump ...

Bradley Murray's battered body was found in a ditch early Friday morning by a military medic.

The 25-year-old Kansas State student was drunk but conscious when he was discovered in the 1700 block of North Manhattan Avenue, on the border of K-State's campus. Murray lost consciousness and was rushed to a hospital with severe head trauma due to taking shots to the left side of his head near his eye.

Murray died Tuesday around 7 p.m. after being removed from life support.

The Topeka Capital-Journal reports that the case is still classified as an aggravated battery -- pending autopsy results.

Riley County police are looking for two unidentified white men (one with

unkempt long blond hair and a purple shirt and another wearing a plaid

shirt). who looked to be trying to help Murray.

If you know

something, call the Riley County police at 785-537-2112 and ask for

detective Scott Hajeck or the Riley County Crime Stoppers at

785-539-7777.

Update: An autopsy revealed that Murray's death was the result of a head injury and bleeding on the brain and also listed alcohol as a contributing factor, according to the Topeka Capital-Journal.

Murray's injuries could possibly have come from a fall.
