The Kansas City Star ran a big story on the life and mysterious death of Brian Euston, the 24-year-old who was found with a head injury at Mill Street and Westport

Roada couple of weeks ago. No one's sure what caused the injury that would later take Euston's life. But we may soon find out.

Here's the key passage from today's story:

Police may have gotten a key clue Thursday when they interviewed a man who said he was at Westport Road and Mill Street, across from America's Pub, when the bars were closing and people flooded the streets early that morning. He said he thought he saw a man punch Brian and then saw him fall.

Several witnesses took cell phone photos or videos of Brian on the ground. Some people posted them on social media websites but later removed them.

Hopefully, this leads to the closure that Euston's family and friends have been seeking. And if you can help bring that closure, call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
