Dwayne B. Johnson was the victim of the Halloween homicide at 3rd and Quindaro

UPDATE: The victim of KCK's Halloween homicide at 3rd and Quindaro has been identified as 38-year-old Dwayne B. Johnson of KCK.

Kansas City, Kansas, police are investigating a Halloween homicide after a man's body was discovered at 3rd Street and Quindaro Boulevard.

The victim, described as a black male in his thirties, was discovered outside of a home around 9:30 p.m.
