If creepy old guys haven't realized that underage children aren't in chat rooms waiting to have sex with them, then they're never going to learn. The latest creeper, David Allen Hickey, allegedly used a Yahoo chat room to meet a "13-year-old girl" at a McDonald's for sex on Friday night.

Of course, the 13-year-old was really and undercover cop. When the cops arrested Hickey, they figured out he wasn't just any collar. Hickey, according to KMBC Channel 9, is a 37-year-old married father of two -- and a Kansas foster parent who has cared for 10 children.

No children are currently in Hickey's custody, KMBC added. Lenexa police say Hickey's chat with the "girl" was graphic and he was pretty clear in what he wanted to do:

"Officers had initiated conversation with him via Yahoo chat and it

started a week ago or so ago," said Lenexa Officer Jan Friesen. "He made

his intentions pretty clear in the conversation, which he thought he

was having with a 13-year-old, that he was going to meet her and have

sex."

As you can imagine, the state of Kansas is now investigating. The Lenexa PD's investigation will also continue. As for Hickey, he's charged with electronic solicitation of a child. His next court date is set for November 18.
