Aw, man is there some patriotic news out of the Kansas U.S. Attorneys Office this Veterans Day.

Mexican illegal alien Inocente Monroy Alcantara, U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom announced, has pleaded guilty to document fraud for using a Marine's identity to work in the country and open up bank accounts.

Alcantara lived and worked in Arkansas City, Kansas, and stole the Social Security number of a California-based Marine.

The Marine, who didn't want his name released, realized something was

amiss when he returned from an overseas deployment and was

telephonically assaulted by creditors asking about accounts that

Alcantara opened.

In a statement, Grissom said that the charge is an aggravated felony, so

Alcantara will be deported to Mexico, after spending a year in the federal big house, and will not be allowed to legally enter the U.S. again. Although, clearly legal entry isn't a very large hurdle for him.

"It is bad enough when foreign nationals illegally in the United States

steal the identities of U.S. citizens, foul their credit, and violate

their good names," Grissom said. "That the victim is a U.S. Marine serving our country

overseas, it is reprehensible."

Although the news came after anti-illegal immigrant superhero Kris

Kobach triumphed in his bid to become Kansas Secretary of State,

there is this footage

of him hearing that one of his hated illegals nicked the identity of a Marine.
