If you had two weeks in your office pool as the amount of time it would take for Roy Blunt to piss off his tea party supporters, then you win!

Missouri's U.S. senator-elect is already being called out by St. Louis tea partiers for his refusal support a ban on earmarks, according to the Associated Press. Tea partiers, you do know who you voted for, right?

The tea party's collective panties were in a bunch because Blunt signed the so-called "tea party treaty" prior to the election. Funny how things change after November 2.

Blunt refused to support a two-year ban on earmarks, arguing he'd be fine with one and wanted to make sure Missouri gets its "fair share" of tax money.

The St. Louis Beacon reports that Blunt has since relented, agreeing to the the ban on earmarks. Sounds like someone's balls are in a vice.

And that was when the tea partiers were still watching! Wait until they aren't paying attention in a month or two.
Sold down the river by the insiders again!
