Eric Lee Klinge is clearly a tattoo enthusiast. Independence police believe Klinge also has an affinity for kidnapping. At least, that's according to the warrant they have for the 30-year-old's arrest.
Independence police believe Klinge was involved in the abduction of a woman from an Independence QuikTrip Tuesday night. The woman has since been found and is safe.
However police are still looking for Klinge.
Around 10 p.m. Tuesday, several witnesses reported seeing a man force himself into the car of a white female as she tried to leave the convenience
store in the 2300 block of South Lee's Summit Road.
Witnesses said once the man was in the car, he assaulted the
woman.
If you've seen Klinge, call the Independence police at 816-325-7330.
