Salvatore Mandacina, KCMO homicide No. 2: Man shot dead at gas station

UPDATE:  Kansas City police say the victim of Sunday night's homicide is 28-year-old Salvatore Mandacina of KCMO. Police have also issued four photos of a potential suspect taken from surveillance videos.

The suspect is seen wearing a red hat with a "scorpion-type logo," and police believe that he may have attempted to rob the BP gas station. They also believe that he may live in the area. See more photos after the jump ...

Kansas City homicide detectives were investigating the city's second homicide of 2011 Sunday night after a man was shot to death at a gas station at 5002 Northeast Parvin Road.



The body of the victim, described as a white man in his

thirties, was discovered around 7:36 p.m. No other information was

available as of Sunday night.
